Hello! I’m Lawrence Fong. I was born and raised in San Francisco, shuffling between Nob Hill for school and the Inner Richmond where I lived adjacent to beatiful Golden Gate Park. Growing up in the city has given me a unique perspective as I’ve seen its one-of-a-kind neighborhoods evolve over the years into the alluring and diverse city it is today.

As long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated and curious about homes - imagining the floor plan, how many bedrooms and bathrooms a house had, what families lived in them. Perhaps my most formative memory was back in 2001. As a teenager, I was desperate for my own bedroom. Against their will, I convinced my parents to view an open house I spotted in the newspaper (apps weren’t a thing yet). It looked like a perfect home on paper. And it lived up to it in reality. As we toured the house, it instantly felt like home. I pointed out the features of each room and its function to my mom. I painted a compelling picture on where we’d eat dinner, where I’d do homework, where the laundry would go. Several weeks later, we had the keys and were moving in. It felt like a world of new beginning and possibilities. That feeling has stayed with me since. When it came time to to move out, I felt that same magic the first time I walked through the doors of my first home. I knew then that real estate was my calling and that it was my mission to impart that same magic to others as an agent.
